Wirless networks

Do you uses a wireless network? Do you know if your connecting to a network that has an infrastructure or another computer that has adhoc setup on there wireless network card (NIC)? If you connect to another computer you are at risk for what ever ailments that they have on that computer.

The way the wireless works with windows if it is set to automatic mode your laptop will connect to probably the network with the strongest signal.
